1. El servicio
Guadagnini 1782 · Trade Desk (el «Servicio») es una aplicación de información sobre acciones, bonos y trading, de titularidad de Iván Gancedo. Incluye mapas y listas del S&P 500, el NYSE y el NASDAQ, el Guadagnini Value, información de bonos, monedas y tasas, cuentas de práctica, una cartera y lista de seguimiento personales y un asistente de inteligencia artificial llamado Julian.
2. No es asesoramiento
Nada de lo que muestra el Servicio, incluido lo que diga Julian, constituye asesoramiento de inversión, financiero, fiscal ni legal, ni una oferta, solicitud o recomendación de comprar o vender valores. El Servicio no conoce la situación personal de quien lo usa. Antes de decidir, cada persona debe evaluar su propia situación y, si lo necesita, consultar a un profesional habilitado. Invertir implica riesgos, incluida la pérdida del capital, y los resultados pasados no garantizan resultados futuros.
3. El Guadagnini Value
Es un valor de referencia calculado con un método propio a partir de balances presentados ante la SEC (la comisión de valores de EE.UU.) y precios de mercado. Es una estimación con una banda y un nivel de confianza, puede ser incorrecta y no predice el precio futuro. Cuando la historia disponible no alcanza, el Servicio lo indica («sin modelo»).
4. Cuentas de práctica
Las cuentas de práctica de Julian y las cuentas propias de práctica son simulaciones con dinero ficticio. No se ejecutan órdenes reales, no hay conexión con brokers y los resultados simulados no representan resultados reales: no consideran comisiones, impuestos, liquidez ni deslizamientos de precio.
5. Datos de terceros
El Servicio usa datos públicos y de terceros (entre otros, la SEC, proveedores de cotizaciones y organismos oficiales). Pueden tener demoras, errores o interrupciones, y el Servicio no garantiza su exactitud, integridad ni disponibilidad. Los precios pueden no ser en tiempo real.
6. Julian, el asistente de inteligencia artificial
Julian es un sistema de inteligencia artificial. Sus respuestas se generan automáticamente a partir de los datos del Servicio, pueden contener errores u omisiones y deben verificarse. Las preguntas se envían a un proveedor de modelos de inteligencia artificial para generar la respuesta (ver la Política de privacidad). Hay un tope diario de consultas por cuenta.
7. Cuenta y uso permitido
La cuenta se crea con una llave de acceso (Face ID, Touch ID o la del llavero del dispositivo) y es personal. No se puede usar el Servicio para fines ilícitos, para extraer datos de manera masiva, para sobrecargarlo ni para revenderlo sin autorización. El titular puede suspender cuentas que incumplan estos términos.
8. Propiedad intelectual
La aplicación, su método de cálculo, su diseño y sus marcas pertenecen a su titular. El uso del Servicio no transfiere ningún derecho de propiedad.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida que permita la ley, el titular no responde por pérdidas o daños derivados del uso del Servicio, de decisiones tomadas con su información, de datos de terceros o de interrupciones del Servicio. El Servicio se ofrece «tal como está».
10. Cambios y ley aplicable
Estos términos pueden actualizarse; la versión vigente es la publicada en esta página. Se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina.

1. The service
Guadagnini 1782 · Trade Desk (the "Service") is an information application about stocks, bonds and trading, owned by Iván Gancedo. It includes maps and lists of the S&P 500, the NYSE and the NASDAQ, the Guadagnini Value, information on bonds, currencies and rates, practice accounts, a personal portfolio and watchlist, and an artificial intelligence assistant called Julian.
2. Not advice
Nothing the Service shows, including anything Julian says, is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities. The Service does not know the personal situation of its users. Before deciding, each person should assess their own situation and, if needed, consult a licensed professional. Investing involves risk, including loss of capital, and past results do not guarantee future results.
3. The Guadagnini Value
It is a reference value calculated with our own method from filings made with the SEC (the US securities regulator) and market prices. It is an estimate with a band and a confidence level, it can be wrong and it does not predict future prices. Where the available history is not enough, the Service says so ("no model").
4. Practice accounts
Julian's practice accounts and users' own practice accounts are simulations with play money. No real orders are executed, there is no connection to brokers, and simulated results do not represent real results: they ignore commissions, taxes, liquidity and slippage.
5. Third-party data
The Service uses public and third-party data (among others, the SEC, quote providers and official bodies). It may be delayed, wrong or interrupted, and the Service does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or availability. Prices may not be real-time.
6. Julian, the artificial intelligence assistant
Julian is an artificial intelligence system. Its answers are generated automatically from the Service's data, may contain errors or omissions and should be verified. Questions are sent to an AI model provider to generate the answer (see the Privacy policy). There is a daily limit of questions per account.
7. Account and permitted use
The account is created with a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID or the device keychain) and is personal. The Service may not be used for unlawful purposes, for bulk data extraction, to overload it or to resell it without authorization. The owner may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The application, its calculation method, its design and its trademarks belong to its owner. Using the Service does not transfer any ownership rights.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of the Service, from decisions made with its information, from third-party data or from interruptions of the Service. The Service is provided "as is".
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the current version is the one published on this page. They are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
